Casacom continues to grow and is pleased to welcome three seasoned professionals who will enrich its expertise in strategic and diverse areas : Sonia Molina, Director, Sustainability and ESG, Joëlle Mauffette, Director, Marketing Communications, and Maude Méthot-Faniel, Director, Public Affairs and Government Relations.

Sonia Molina brings solid expertise in ESG strategy, governance, social acceptability, and stakeholder engagement. With over 10 years of experience managing international projects, she helped develop the CSR division at Bombardier Recreational Products, where she led major sustainability initiatives and ensured regulatory compliance. She has also spearheaded impactful projects in the manufacturing, non-profit, real estate, and medical sectors. At Casacom, she brings an integrated sustainability perspective—combining strategic rigour, on-the-ground awareness, and long-term impact.

Joëlle Mauffette brings extensive experience in public relations and event planning, particularly in the cultural and entertainment sectors. She led PR and communications for the Just for Laughs Group for three years and was a partner at Rugicomm. She also worked in communications and content production at Sphère Média. For more than 20 years, Joëlle has excelled in project management, media relations, and large-scale campaign deployment. At Casacom, she stands out for her creativity, her ability to generate original ideas, and her sharp understanding of media ecosystems. She helps amplify strategic campaigns with passion, authenticity, and nuance.

Maude Méthot-Faniel brings nearly 15 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, and government affairs. She has held senior positions in several key Quebec government ministries, including Immigration and Labour, where she developed expertise in crisis management, media relations, and strategic positioning. At Casacom, she supports organizations and their leaders in communicating complex issues and managing relationships with stakeholders.
